EU to Britain: Offer Brexit cash now or we won't talk trade
It looks like BREXIT
is far from done. Talks are still on going. It’s still unclear about what would
happen after BREXIT. It’s looks like the issue of Ireland hasn’t come to an agreement,
therefore without any progress, the EU won’t discuss any future trading relationship. Britain had hope for a conclusion, so it can
move forward onto the next phase. Secondly, Businesses are worry, according to
the article “Key trade, regulations and
legal agreement under the Britain’s economy will be invalided is no deal is
struck”. And while business are clamoring for clarity. Plus, businesses
want time and a transitional period (up to 3 years) so that can adapt wo what will
happen to BREXIT.

If Britain doesn't make up their mind about how much they are going to pay, the will damage future trading practices. I think this is very risky; they should just decide. It's been nearly 17 months after Brits voted to leave the EU and they still have not come to an agreement.
